Belgium – Farmers’ movement

bpost, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, as of 27 January 2024 and owing to the expansion of the Belgian farmers' movement throughout the country, the majority of motorways, strategic sections of the secondary road network and access to major cities are subject to disruption. This movement is expected to last at least until 2 February 2024.

As a result, bpost is experiencing difficulties with regard to the receipt of international shipments, as well as the transportation, collection and delivery of all mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items). Delays are therefore to be expected in the processing of mail.
