The designated operator of Cuba, Correos de Cuba, asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, since 19 November 2020, Correos de Cuba has been providing the full range of domestic and international postal services, including those corresponding to universal postal service obligations, express mail service and parcels.
The acceptance and delivery of postal items (letter post, parcel post and EMS) will depend on the availability of flights, given the international restrictions arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Correos de Cuba thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding.
