The problem has still not been resolved yet.
Currently the RESDES and RESCON messages are created in the IPS database but can't be send out to GXS.
Our IT department is in cooperation with the supplier (PTC) working on solving the issue.
We will inform you as soon as the situation gets back to normal.
We expect then also to be able to send the missing RESDES- and RESCON-messages.
