Hellenic Post asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that it has been experiencing technical issues with the interface between its own system and the customs system since Friday, 13 August 2021, and is currently unable to perform customs declarations, resulting in delays for customs procedures.
Hellenic Post thanks other Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding. It will provide an update via EmIS once the technical issues are resolved and customs operations are back to normal.
