Macao, China – State of immediate COVID-19 prevention

Update

The People's Republic of China's designated operator for Macao, asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that Macao has now been assessed as being at extremely high risk of a community outbreak of COVID-19. To prevent the spread of the coronavirus in Macao, and to protect the life and property of citizens, the Macao Special Administrative Region has declared a state of immediate prevention as of 19 June 2022. Deliveries of letter-post items and advice notes for parcel-post items and EMS items are suspended with effect from 20 June 2022, until further notice.
