Rwanda – Back to normal

The designated operator of Rwanda, the National Postal Corporation (Iposita), asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, following the resumption of international flights with effect from 8 August 2020, it is once again able to accept and send national and international mail. However, lockdown measures will continue to apply in the district of Rusizi until further notice.

Iposita thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding, and will update them via EmIS when the situation returns to normal.
