The designated operator of Sri Lanka, the Department of Posts, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that postal operations in the country have returned to normal with effect from 12 September 2022. It is resuming processing and delivery of inbound postal items, and outbound mail operations will also resume as normal, subject to the availability of flight connections.
