Türkiye – Back to normal (Earthquakes)

Turkish PTT Corporation, asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the situation has returned to normal, and all postal operations in the southern and south-eastern regions of the country have resumed.

However, delivery of letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items is still not possible in the affected areas in the event that premises of addresses given for delivery are destroyed/damaged, or if the recipients have left the address as a result of the earthquakes. Undeliverable items will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable provisions in the UPU Acts.
